The distillation is made with a production of a bain-marie with very slow evaporation. The same family gave the name to the "Caffè Meletti" one of the few Italy’s Historical Cafés, also visited incognito by King Vittorio Emanuele, between 1908 and 1910. (www.caffemeletti.com)

Curiosity: The original book of the eighteenth century was kept by the family in a small museum by the “Distilleria Meletti”. (www.meletti.it). King Umberto 1st gives to Meletti Company the patent of “Supplier of the Royal House”.
